Despite being a household insurance name, AXA did not have the ability to sell its travel and motor insurance products directly to the end consumer. We worked together to not only provide the digital capability but to also carefully position the trusted brand with a considered identity that can co-exist with customers for whom AXA underwrites.
Finding a lasting solution started with uncovering key insights into the competitive market and ways to make insurance more memorable, while being sympathetic to the core AXA brand.
The AXA Travel and AXA Breakdown websites feature emotive visuals, engaging copy, and custom functionality with a common creative thread of ‘We’ve got you Covered’ running throughout. Supported by ongoing multi-format digital campaigns for each target customer profile uncovered, the D2C sites are a testament to the digital modernisation of a well loved brand.
